A program and agenda will be distributed over email about two weeks before the start of the program. Bear in mind that the specific company visits can change at the last minute for a variety of reasons beyond our control. However, rest assured that we are well equipped to adjust our schedule as need be.

This program is practical and experiential. It will include presentations and Q&A sessions.

We offer three types of programs: Professional, Young Professional (under 35 years old) and Custom or Thematic Programs. We don’t have any age, education or level of experience requirement. If you are passionate about innovation, this program is for you.

Our goal is to expand your view on the future of industry and services, widen horizons and show examples of innovations used to increase business effectiveness.

During the weekend when Israeli companies are closed, Innovation Journey will take you to some of the most iconic places in the country. We will visit a kibbutz, spend the night in Bedouin desert village, see the sunrise in Masada, and visit and float on the Dead Sea.

On Friday afternoon we will arrive in Jerusalem to Mahane Yehuda (the city’s iconic open market) to see how the holiest of Jewish cities prepares for the Sabbath and then travel to the Western Wall for an incredible Shabbat experience you will never forget. A local family will open their doors for us to have an intimate and traditional family dinner together in their home. On Saturday we will tour the Old City with a private tour guide and walk through the Christian, Jewish and Muslim Quarters. We will see the stations of the Cross and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. The following day we visit the Holocaust Museum and resume the agenda.

These are just a few of the many tourist attractions that Israel offers. Many of our participants choose to fly to Israel days before the program begins and/or stay longer after the program ends to enjoy more of the Israeli culture and activities.

Yes, spouses may participate and attend all activities in the program at the regular rate.

All meetings and presentations will be conducted in English. Innovation Journey personnel will always accompany the group making the proper introductions and moving the Journey through the agenda and handling all logistics issues. Also, English is widely spoken in Israel; you will feel very comfortable speaking English on the streets, stores, and almost any situation you will encounter.

If needed, an interpreter can be contracted to translate from English to another language including Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, etc. for an additional fee.
